a registered nutritionist (BSc, BA, MSc), qualified nutrition coach (PN1-NC) and weight loss specialist with 17 years’ experience. I support adults who want to lose weight in a way that feels achievable, enjoyable, and sustainable—by addressing not just what you eat, but why you eat and the habits driving your choices.
My approach combines evidence-based nutrition, behaviour change, and emotional-eating support. You’ll learn practical skills each week and build habits you can maintain for life—not just during a “programme.”

How my sessions work
You’re welcome to book a free 20‑minute discovery call to talk through your goals and get a feel for how I work. If you decide to continue, you can choose either my 5‑week Healthy Habits Lite Programme or my 9‑week Signature Programme. Both begin with a 90‑minute initial consultation where I get a full picture of your lifestyle, health, habits, challenges and goals so we can create a personalised plan.
How sessions work (after your initial consultation):

Weekly 45 minute sessions
Your programme includes 4 or 8 weekly sessions, depending on the option you choose. Each session reviews your progress, tackles challenges and sets one achievable habit for the week ahead. You’ll learn to recognise hunger cues, manage emotional eating and apply simple nutrition principles that make change feel easier.

Practical tools and guidance
You’ll receive practical resources tailored to your goals — from meal ideas and checklists to mindset tools. I’ll create a personalised recipe book based on your preferences and lifestyle, plus a nutrition journal to track food, progress, and measurements. It’s packed with tips and troubleshooting support to keep you consistent and confident

Support between sessions
Between sessions you’ll have access to ongoing support, which can include email or text check‑ins, supportive voice notes, or a quick mid‑week call where I’ll ask about your wins, challenges, and progress with your chosen habit — helping you stay accountable and make adjustments before small issues grow.
