About me
Hi, I'm Nicole (Nicki) McGregor, I’m a Registered Nutritionist (AfN) and certified Nutrition Coach with over 17 years of experience helping individuals and organisations achieve sustainable weight loss, build healthier habits, and develop a balanced relationship with food. I combine practical, evidence-based nutrition strategies with behaviour-change coaching to create lasting results.
I specialise in weight-loss support that goes far beyond calories and meal plans. Together, we explore habits, behaviours, emotional triggers, and the reasons behind your choices. My approach is holistic — looking at sleep, stress, social support, and physical activity — because these factors all influence your eating patterns and long-term progress.
My mission is to empower you with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to make positive, sustainable changes — without restrictive diets, guilt, or confusion.
Alongside my specialist focus on weight loss, I also support clients with:
• Blood sugar balance
• Energy and fatigue
• Emotional eating
• Gut health and digestion
• Hormone health (female-focused)

What is the AfN and why is it important?
The Association for Nutrition (AfN) is the UK’s independent regulator for qualified nutrition professionals. It sets standards for nutrition science, practice, and ethics. Being AfN-registered means I meet strict evidence-based requirements and maintain ongoing professional development. For clients, this provides reassurance that you’re receiving credible, science-based guidance from a qualified and accountable professional—not someone relying on trends or unregulated training.

My story
My passion for nutrition began long before I stepped into a classroom. Growing up near Byron Bay, Australia — a community deeply attuned to health and wellbeing — I was surrounded by alternative lifestyles, and conversations about wellness. At the same time, I witnessed the devastating impact of preventable illness, with family members and loved ones diagnosed with conditions like cancer. These experiences fuelled my curiosity to understand how food could protect and support lifelong health.
This drive led me to complete a Bachelor’s in Applied Science and Nutrition, a Master’s in Public Health Nutrition in London, and a Nutrition Coaching certification, each step deepening both my scientific knowledge and my ability to guide practical, lasting behaviour change.
