You can book single sessions anytime after your initial consultation. Each 45‑minute session is tailored to you and typically includes: ✔ Tracking progress with weigh‑ins or other measurements ✔ Reviewing the previous week’s successes and challenges ✔ Activities, quizzes, or guidance to address new goals ✔ Setting one skill or practice to focus on for the coming week Sessions also include ongoing support — such as help designing a personalised menu, plus optional text check‑ins or a mid‑week call to keep you accountable and on track.
