This advanced package is designed for clients who’ve completed my 9‑Week Programme and want expert support to keep moving forward. You’ll receive 6 x 45‑minute sessions, valid for 6 months, and can use them weekly, monthly, or whenever you need support. This programme adapts to you — not the other way around. Individual sessions costs £49, so the Flex Pack gives you a £29 saving, plus any‑time email or text support between sessions for questions and accountability. At every session, I assess what’s working — and what isn’t — then immediately adjust your calories, macros, exercise plan, strength training, meal structure, and habits. Online (included) — flexible video calls with full resources. 2. In Person, Ealing Broadway (+£20/session) — includes an extra 15 minutes (1 hour session) plus health checks: weight, body‑fat, hydration, protein/glucose tests, measurements, and print outs. This programme gives you personalised adjustments, real‑time troubleshooting, structured habit‑building, and flexible accountability — helping you reach your goals, break plateaus and build confidence. If you’d like longer support, just ask about the 12‑session option for even greater savings.
